Lead Generation Agency is a service from Peter Ngo Digital. This notice explains how enquiry information is handled.

What we collect

When you enquire, we collect the name, email, phone number, business, website, service interest, budget range and message you choose to provide. We record your consent and submission time.

How we use it

We use your details to assess and respond to your enquiry, discuss requested services and manage follow-up. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorise an advertising campaign.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in a private application database. Access is restricted to the agency administrator. We do not sell enquiry information. The website is hosted on a Vultr server in Australia and managed through RunCloud. Cloudflare provides DNS and web traffic proxy services. These providers may process information needed to operate and protect the website.

Google reviews and tracking

If Google reviews are connected, the server requests public business review information from Google and displays its author attribution. This site currently does not load advertising pixels, analytics scripts or marketing cookies. Essential session cookies support forms and administrator sign-in. Any future marketing tracking requires a separate configuration and privacy review.

Your choices

Contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of enquiry details, or to raise a privacy concern. Information may need to be retained where required for business records or legal obligations.
